With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Cleveland Pearce Sr. (Valdosta, Georgia), who passed away on October 19, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Gus Pearce and Jewell Dorminy Pearce. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pearce; his son James Cleveland Pearce, Jr. (Jimmy); his daughter-in-law Lindy; his daughter Janet; his son-in-law Greg Bennett; his grandchildren, Megan of Valdosta, Massimo Moirano of Valdosta, Shelby Bennett of Valdosta, CeGee Bennett of Valdosta, Eason Pearce of Valdosta, Emily Pearce of Bethesda and Kettley Donat of Lynchburg; and his sisters, Carolyn (J. B. Jones), Janie (Robert Sheffield) and Claudette (Jack Morgan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests a donation be made to the Building a Legacy Fund at Northside Baptist Church or Langdale Hospice House of Valdosta.
