She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Downing and Doris Pearl Downing; her husband Donald Tustin; her brother George "Tinker" Downing; and her sister-in-law Joyce Booth Downing.
She is survived by: her brother Lloyd Downing of Jacksonville, FL; her nephews, Jeremy Downing (Stacey) of Valdosta and Jason Downing of Pittsburg, PA; her niece Melodee Banes of Jacksonville, FL; her sister-in-law Vanessa Causey of Valdosta; her great-nephews, Samuel DeMaranville and George Downing of Valdosta; and her great-niece Adeline Downing of Valdosta. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
