She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton Anderson and Alphrine Anderson; and her husband John David Wortham. She is survived by: her sons, Andy Wortham of LaGrange and Terry; her daughter-in-law Cindy Wortham of Thomasville; her daughter Sherri; her son-in-law Ted Welch of Hahira; her grandchildren, Heather, Michael Yates of Thomasville, Kendall, Matthew Roach of Ochlocknee, Teddy, Everley Welch of Valdosta, David Wortham of Gulf Breeze, FL, Addison Welch of Hahira and Ana Wortham of Thomasville; her great grandchildren, John Louis Roach, Penelope Welch, Lennon Roach, Parker Roach, Walton Welch and Kallyn Yates; and her brother Jim Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Perimeter Road Baptist Church for the Nicaragua Mission.
