He is survived by: his wife June Johnson of Valdosta, GA; his children, Jackie Miller (Drew) of Valdosta, GA and Jack E. "Bubba" Johnson, Jr. of Valdosta, GA; his grandchildren, Ashlie Simmons (Justin), Amie Diaz (Luis), Jack E. Johnson III (Laynee), Dustin Miller (Lindsey) and Jennifer Miller; and his sister Barbara Warren of Patterson, GA.. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
