She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Spencer Scruggs and Blanche Martin Scruggs; her husband Ralph Edmond Brown, Sr.; and her siblings, Mabel Scruggs and Herbert Harry Scruggs.
She is survived by: her son Ralph Edmond Brown, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sherry Wood of Valdosta; her daughter Monica; her son-in-law George Waskosky of Hahira; and her grandchildren, Josh Wood of Valdosta, Ryan Wood of Atlanta, Kristen Waskosky of Cleveland, OH and Sasha Waskosky of Buffalo, NY.. She is also survived by extended family members, nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
