He was predeceased by: his father Leon Warren; his stepmother Flonnie Bell Warren; his mother Jeannett Mathis Southall; and his stepfather Frank Southall. He is survived by: his children, Neil (Alison Warren), Amber (Bryan Reno) and Carter Warren of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Lyndsay Kendrick (Jonathan) of Crawfordville, Haley Loper (Chandler) of Dallas, GA, McKenzie Warren of Adel, Brock Warren of Valdosta, Kendyl Warren of Valdosta, Eden Warren of Nashville and Emma Warren of Adel; his great grandchildren, Elijah Reyes and Malachi Warren; his brother Gene; his sister-in-law Faye Warren of Nashville; his sister Barbara; and his brother-in-law John Hodges. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
