She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Kenneth and Louise Powell James; her husband William Vareen Clark; her son David Clark; her grandchildren, Alan Clark and Kay O'Neal Davis; and her sister Mary Griffin.

She is survived by: her daughter Beth; her son-in-law John O'Neal of Midway, FL; her sons, Bill Clark, Jr. of Valdosta, Bob (Lisa Clark), Brett (Allison Clark) and Deb Clark of La Marque, TX; and her sister Betty Ellis of Aurora, CO.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14-great grandchildren.
