She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Hart. She is survived by: her children, Paulette Shoupe (Mike), Rocky Holt (Millie) and Jamie Hart (Mike Warren); her grandchildren, Drew Young, Amber Young, Luke Holt, Luree Holt and Jadyn Warren; and her great grandchildren, Madison As and Meredith Young As.
