He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby H. Cagley; his aunt Kim Vallecillo; and his uncle Wade Cagley. He is survived by: his parents, James Brian Cagley and Ginger Waters Cagley of Valdosta; his brother Alexander Wade Cagley of Valdosta; his grandparents, Alice Rosetta Bell Cagley of Berlin, James and Charlotte Waters of Hahira; his aunts and uncles, Mary Waters of Hahira, Jamey Waters (Karen) of Suwanee and Wayne Cagley of Valdosta; and his girlfriend Cara Powell of Valdosta.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Valdosta 1740 West Gordon Street, Valdosta, Ga, 31601.
