He was predeceased by: his parents, Saint Elmo Fiveash and Miriam Ruth Little Fiveash; his grandson Jack Ryan Lee; and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his wife Diane S. Fiveash of Valdosta; his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Ryan Lee of Florence, AL; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law R. J. Wickstrom of Lake Park; his grandchildren, Griffin Lee of Florence, AL, Gracie Lee of Florence, AL and Rex Wickstrom of Lake Park; his nephew Tim Fielden (Renee); his nieces, Vicki Warren (Danny) and Lynette Clark (Bobby); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Joyce, Don Lockey, Tommy, Joyce Stephenson, Laura Stephenson, Marcia, BJ Wilson, John, Lisa Stephenson, Dale Fielden and Buddy Stephenson. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
