She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas David Cook, Sr. and Mary Ellen Monk. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Radney of Valdosta, Linda of Valdosta and David; her daughters-in-law, Deborah of Valdosta and Debbie of Valdosta; the father of her children Harry, Sr. of Valdosta; her brother-in-law Bill Davis of Lakeland, GA; and her brother Tim Cook of Lake City, FL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and several great grandchildren; a sister.
Mrs. Simpson was especially hurt by being separated from her family in the nursing home by the COVID quarantine, but she did enjoy activities with others at Holly Hill like playing cards.
