She was predeceased by: her parents, Kin Giddens and Ruth Lott Giddens; her husband Jamie E. Parks Sr.; her son Ronald E. Parks; and her siblings, Doug Giddens Sr., Beadie Mae McGuire and Linda Ragan.
She is survived by: her children, Bridget Coody of Valdosta and Jamie E. Parks Jr. (Sarah) of Hahira. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
