She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Terrell Ham and Ruby Clark Ham; and her husband Franklin Creasy. She is survived by: her children, Stan (Tyra Creasy), Wendell (Lisa Creasy), Terry (Amy Creasy), Ray Bruce Creasy (Robert Creasy) of Valdosta and Jennifer Creasy of Valdosta; her niece Melissa Ham; and her nephew Donald (Kay Ham). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
