We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2020, at the age of 96, Frances Bagley (Valdosta, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Cowart and Anna Johnson Cowart of Remerton; her siblings, Estelle Deloach, Lester of Remerton, Wilbur of Remerton, Wilton of Remerton and Odell Cowart of Remerton; and her husband Robert E. DeLoach.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Ann Bagley of Valdosta and James Robert Bagley of Tallahassee; her close friends, Mary Williams, James and Sheila Mullis; and her niece Sheila Hingson. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
