With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Wood of Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elma Bryan and Irene Griner Bryan; and her siblings, Martha Crown, Emma Lee Cahill, Frances Kelly, Jean Lindsey, Jack Bryan and Ashley Bryan.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Wood (Gina) of Valdosta, Kenneth Wood of Valdosta and Chris Wood (Missiy) of Richmond Hill, GA; her grandchildren, Kayla Britt, Kory Weitala, Kayla Dilliard, Blake Weeks, Micaela Wood, Kendra Wood, William Wood and Matthew Weeks; her great grandchildren, Baily Dillard, Odin Britt, Brynlee Wood, Rowan Britt, Kai Weitala and Mattie Britt; and her sister Judy Graham of Adel. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brushy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (4919 Cat Creek Rd, Valdosta, GA 31605).
