He is survived by: his wife Karen Harper; his children, Rebecca DeVane (Colt Hample), Andrea Harper (Sarah), K. Duane Harper (Daniel) and Julie Milam (John); and his grandchildren, Seamus Johnson and Eli Milam.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Daniels Funeral Home (1126 Ohio Ave N, Live Oak, FL 32064). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
