She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Louise Bentley Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Connie Klein of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Rich, Julie Klein of Lake Park, Rut, Michelle Klein of Cherry Lake, FL, Jania Klein-Altman and Dan Altman of Valdosta; her great grandchildren, Bentley Klein, Misti, Lance Smith, Ethan Altman, Riley Klein, Levi Klein, Savanna Klein and Ezra Klein; and her husband George Carle Shaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Cherry Lake Baptist Church or to the Madison County Memorial Hospital Pink Ladies.
