He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Cressey and Thelma Nelson Pearce. He is survived by: his wife Janet Fairbanks Cressey of Valdosta; his children, William Cressey of Valdosta, Donna Dauphinais (Dale) of Valdosta, Debra Cressey of Valdosta and Brian Cressey (Theresa) of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Michael Dauphinais (Lyndsay) of California, Kelsey Elias of Florida, Alicia Fabian (Rob) of Valdosta and Jerrell Scott of Valdosta; his great grandchildren, Adelie Elias, Isla Elias, Raelynn Dauphinais, Tilan Dauphinais and Fabian; and his brother Stanley Cressey (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calendar Carson McLane Funeral Home (2215 N Patterson St, Valdosta, GA 31602).
