She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynnwood Callahan and Hazel Callahan; her son Clyde "Rusty" Bateman, Jr.; and her brothers, Bill Callahan and Henry Callahan.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Bateman; her grandchildren, Harold, Lynnwood and Hazel Louise Baxley of Pinetta, Florida; her brother Emmett Callahan (Janet) of Carnesville, Georgia; and her daughter-in-law Amie Wood Bateman of Breese, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions be made to Landmark Baptist Church, Madison, FL or to Madison County 4-H. Beggs Funeral Home, Madison, Florida is handling the arrangements 850-973-2258.
