He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Rowe and Rachael Grantham Rowe; and his siblings, Mary McClellan, Evelyn Walker and J. B. Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Rowe of Valdosta; his daughters, Kimberly (Shane Dular), Misti Rowe of Valdosta and Robin (Greg Gay); his grandchildren, Dawson Dular (Alex) of Wilmington, NC, Riley Dular of Conway, SC, Dominique Jefferson of Valdosta, Faith Jefferson of Valdosta, Cayden Gay of Valdosta and Caylee Gay of Valdosta; and his brothers-in-law, Alan Carter (Patty Jefferson) of Valdosta, David Carter of Lake Point, Jim and Dee Carter of Longview, TX.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Carson McLane Funeral Home (2215 N Patterson St, Valdosta, GA 31602). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar Morningside Baptist Church (425 Connell Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602).
