He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri" Collins of Valdosta, Georgia; his son Jason Collins (Samantha Sinclair) of Fitzgerald, Georgia; his grandchildren, Joshua Collins, Bryce Hendricks-Collins, Beau Collins, Jaxson Collins, Aerianna Sumner and Layla Sinclair; his brother Donnie Collins of Cotton, Georgia; his mother-in-law Marjorie F. Boggs; his siblings-in-law, Robert E. Schwartz, Jr. (Leigh Anne) of Statham, Georgia, Robin S. Eason (Chip) of Port St, Craig Mercer of Tallahassee, Florida and Nicki Mercer of Memphis, Tennessee; and his nephew Gary Griffin (Deborah) of Braselton, Georgia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces.
