He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Jefffords O'Steen of Valdosta; his wife Amanda O'Steen of Valdosta; his daughter Tara Goen (Erich) of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Colton Goen and Aubrey; his sister Joy Herring (Danny) of Lake Park; his nieces and nephews, Ben Herring and Alexis Herring of Lake Park; and also Brian Gay.
