He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Moore and Margaret Moore; and his sister Carol Barnhart. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary A. Moore of Valdosta, Georgia; his children, Sean Moore (Michelle) of Valdosta, Georgia and Gina R. Milburn of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Danielle Moore, Patience Moore, Chase Milburn, Connor Milburn and Cade Milburn; and his great grandchild Bailey Marie Milburn. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
