He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Barfield and Ruthie Rushin Barfield; his wife Glenda Zorn Barfield of Lake Sinclair; his children, Laura Hornecker (Glenn) of Spruce Pine, NC and Bryan Barfield (Paula) of Monticello, FL; his grandchildren, Erick Barfield (Margaret) and Nicole Norris (Grayson); and his great grandchildren, Markos Barfield, EmmaLea Barfield and Emily Norris.
