He is survived by: his son Parker Eugene Folsom of Thomasville; his mother Debbie Jenkins; his stepfather Bill Jenkins; his grandmother Evelyn Spells of Valdosta; his sister Hope Gonzalez; his nephews, Ethan Ramirez and Ayden Gonzalez; his niece Aria Gonzalez of Valdosta; his aunts, T. J. Doane of Pavo and Lisa Spells; his uncle Gary; and his cousins, Jamie of Valdosta, Kelly Terrell of Valdosta, Kasey of Valdosta and Thomas Bowles of Valdosta.
