She was predeceased by: her father David Varnedoe Fender, Sr.; and her brother David Varnedoe Fender, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Claudette Peck Fender; her husband Ronald H. Lowery of Valdosta, Georgia; her children, Casandra E. Randolph (Matthew) of Bronx and Richard H. Lowery (Michelle) of Waxhaw; her siblings, Sally Eye of Valdosta, Georgia, Hank Fender of Lake Park and Pete Fender; and her grandchildren, Ryan Hunter Lowery, Brendan Trace Lowery, Kaitlyn Joi Lowery, Asher Emerson Randolph and Karsten Alexander Randolph. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
