He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Phelps and Evelyn Sirmans Phelps; and his grandparents, Joe, Eunice Sirmans, John and Dora Phelps.
He is survived by: his brother Craig Phelps (Elisha) of Monticello, FL; and his close friends, Jeremiah Brown, Drew Andersen and Beau Barbee of Dallas, TX..
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (201 12th Ave SE, Moultrie, GA 31768).
