She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Lewis (Phillips); and her siblings, Polly Pilgrim and David Lewis. She is survived by: her father Alton Lewis of Valdosta, GA; her son Jody Pilgrim; her grandson Tyler Pilgrim of Valdosta, GA; and her daughter Maria Scott (David Redish) of Valdosta, GA.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home (2215 N Patterson St, Valdosta, GA 31602).
