He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Aurelia Webb Martin; his brother Shannon Martin; his grandson Brandon Weaver; and his sisters, Joyce M. Hillhouse and Rudine M. Finch.

He is survived by: his children, Tony Martin (Lynnette) of Mayday, GA, B. J. Webb (Angel) of Sylvester, GA, Anna Powell of Daytona Beach, FL and Anthony Powell of Leesburg, GA; his grandchildren, Jeannie Nation (Josh), Danielle, Justin, Logan, Carmen, Kurstin and A. J.; and his siblings, Floyd Martin of Homerville, GA, Linda M. Hall (Phil) of Valdosta, GA and Luewoner M. Wilson (George) of Americus, GA. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
