She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Ralph" Wells and Grace "Trudy" Wells; and her brother William "Chip" Wells Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Harry; her son Jason (Kristen); her grandchildren, Talan, Cora and Claire; her daughter Traver (Tom); her sister Cathy Wells of Asheville, NC; her sisters-in-law, Sheryl Wells of Aiken, SC. and Karen Stark (Sid) of Charleston, SC; her nephew Brian Stark (Carla) of Scottsdale, AZ; and her niece Jodi Smith (Greg) of Reston, VA..

A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (1100 N Oak St, Valdosta, GA 31602).

Donations may be made in her honor to Temple Israel Valdosta (templeisrael-valdosta.org) or the American Heart Association (heart.org).
