She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Jackson Sweat (Mattie) and Mittie Elizabeth Fender (James); her husband George; her sister Jo Ann Sweat; and her close friends, Mary Lands and Barbara Tingen.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Wilder (Byron) of Valdosta, Georgia and Coy Fussell (Kim) of Valdosta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Todd Wilder (Olivia), Matt Wilder, Kailey Fussell and Kenna Fussell; her great grandchild Clark Wilder; her siblings, Carolyn Day (Wayne) of Palatka, Florida and Sonny Pipkins (Margaret) of Palatka, Florida; and her nephew Michael Wrye of Stockton, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
