We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2020, at the age of 89, Anne Laurie Moore Gunter of Valdosta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Moore and Alma Cowart Moore; her husband Reverend James Weyman Gunter; and her sister Laverne Huda. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mary Kate Beam (Troy Dang), Anna Brown Beam (Joey Mitchell) and John William Beam; and her sister Iris Poole of Valdosta.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 200 West Central Avenue, Valdosta, GA 31602 or to the Friends of the Library, c/o South GA Regional Library, 2906 Julia Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602.
