He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Abeyta and Eutinia Benavidez Abeyta; and his sons, Clint Abeyta and Bonifacio Abeyta. He is survived by: his wife Kathern Isabel Abeyta; his daughter Carrie Abeyta Ortiz (Timothy); his grandchildren, Ashley Justice (Shayne) and Cody Dixon (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Liam Dixon and Jaxon Dixon. He is also survived by six brothers.
