He was predeceased by: his father Dorsey Lee; his wife Helen D. Carter; and his siblings, David Carter and Lucille Anchorage. He is survived by: his children, Becky Carter, Wendy Carter, Nina Carter and Albert Carter, Jr. (Mary Lee); his granddaughters, Amy Baker (Fred), Brooklyn Woodruff and Greta Carter; and his great grandchildren, George Baker, Charlie Baker, Sam Baker and Henry Baker.
