He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Forthe and Lydia Mae Forthe (Webb). He is survived by: his wife Carleen Abend; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Bush Locknane; his granddaughter Sheri Lynn Shelton; and his aunts and uncles, Lyndal Webb, Lavelle Webb, Frances (Webb), Olin Simpson and Walston Webb.
