He is survived by: his wife Tracie Smith Maddox of Uvalda; his children, Steven Maddox of Lake City, Jacob Maddox of Uvalda, Jace Allen Maddox of Uvalda and Jasmine Maddox of Uvalda; and his siblings, Roy Eugene "Figgiy" Perkins of Inverness, Roy Gene Maddox (Robin) of Mt. Vernon, Betty Jean Tharpe (Lodus) of Mt. Vernon and Frances Ilene Crowe of Warner Robins.
