He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Foskey and Clyde Foskey; his wife Johnnie Foskey; and his siblings, Kendall Foskey, Paul Foskey, Hollis Foskey, Elise Davis and Janelle Foskey Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Thornton (Wayne) of Hazlehurst and Janet Adams (Bryant) of Uvalda; his sister Reba Yawn (Royce) of Clermont, Florida; and his grandchildren, Paula Driskall (Doug), Starla Godwin (Daniel) and Joshua Foskey (Hillary). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
