She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Westberry and Mantha Small Westberry. She is survived by: her husband David Alan Rogers of Upatoi, GA; her daughter Christy Lynn Villegas (Steven) of Marietta, GA; her siblings, Cynthia Ann Belanger (Roland) of Orange Park, FL, Mantha Jane Westberry-Dixon (Aaron) of Madison, FL, Mark Robin Barber (Susan) of Jacksonville, FL and Melissa Jean Barber of Orange Park, FL; her sister-in-law Joanne Stomackin of Dothan, AL; and her pet Ceme. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, facemasks will be required to attend the funeral services.
