He was predeceased by: his parents, Scenie Davis Worthen and Clotyle Moss Worthen; and his brothers, Howell Worthen and Malcom Worthen. He is survived by: his wife Pat Worthen of Union Point, GA; his sons, Kenny Worthen of Union Point, GA, Ray Worthen (Latamy) of Union Point, GA, Steve Worthen (Melba) of Clovis and Bob Worthen (Sirisa) of Union Point, GA.; his grandchildren, Morgande Harris (Glen), Justin Worthen, Megan Burton (Austin), Emily Davis, Mason Worthen, Makayla Worthen and Thor Worthen; his sister Ann Hunt; and his great grandchild Lydia Rosecrans. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
