She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Farmer and Bessie Shockley Farmer; her husband Reuben Worthen; and her siblings, Charles Farmer, Carl Farmer, Frances Lankford and Beeobie Swann.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Worthen, Ken Worthen (Caren), Bob Worthen (Sirisa) and Ray Worthen (Latamy); and her brother Jimmy Farmer.
