She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Frank Moss and Cassie Mae Harper Moss; her husband Charlie Piland; and her brothers, James Thomas Moss and John W. Moss.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Piland Gunn (Mike) of Madison, GA and Janet Piland Sisk of Madison, GA; her brother Lanier Moss of Athens, GA; her granddaughter Jessica Gunn Denham (Russ); and her children, Jayden and Katie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Callaway Funeral Home (208 N Rhodes St, Union Point, GA 30669). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Woodville Cemetery (1191 E Peachtree Ave, Woodville, GA 30669).
The family requests that any memorials be made to the First Baptist Church, 206 Thornton Street, Union Point, GA 30669.
