He is survived by: his wife Annie Scarbrough; his children, Cheryl Britt (Jay), Taryn Robbins (Orville), Steve Scarbrough (Shannon), Michael Scarbrough (Ruthann), Jeffrey Shaw (Marcie), Andrea Hayes (Greg) and Wesley Hewatt (Ann); and his siblings, Jeanette Summer, Pat Staples and Mike Scarbrough (Linda). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
