She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Toland and Mable Toland; her husband Thomas Cellar; her sisters, Johnnie Mae Jackson and Mozella Toland-Vinson; and her grandsons, Terrance and Shon Rankin.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene, Denise (John), Thomas, Jr., Pamela (Tony), Stan and Tonie; her stepdaughters, Sepheia and Indeia; her daughters, Vickie, Gail and Pam; her grandchildren, Cory, Ashley, Joshua, Keshia, Lamont, Marquita, Monica, Monique, Sterling, Asia, Aamira, Tahirah, Nnenia, Saleemah, Nura and Nafia; and her close friend Jesse Rodgers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
