He is survived by: his wife Dona Penn Musgrave; his children, Cynthia O'Shields (Sean) of Newnan and Donald Ray Musgrave, Jr.; his wife Cari of Moreland; his grandchildren, Zachary Sapp (Brittany), Cody Sapp (Jade), Joshua Musgrave (Morgan), Jarrett Musgrave and Jake Musgrave; and his great grandchildren, Baylor Ray Sapp, Stella Kate Sapp and Edward Beau Sapp.
