He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Owens and Wylene Collins Owens; and his sister Trella O. Ethridge. He is survived by: his daughter Kasi Laine Jackson (James) of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Elaine Borders of Americus and Joe Owens (Wanda) of Vienna, Several.
