He is survived by: his fiancé Farrah Lovell of Unadilla; his children, Lee Sinyard (Tiffany) and Ashley Sinyard of Bryson City, NC.; and his siblings, Roy Sinyard, Jr. (Debra) and Judy Offenberg (John).
