He is survived by: his significant other Gayle Frazier of Bonaire; his daughter April Jackson (Carey); his grandson Caleb Jackson; his son Joey Pope (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Chase Smith, Denim Lovett, Tyleranne Pope, Aubrie Pope and Zoey Pope; his daughter Angela Cross; his granddaughters, Mary Katherine Cross and Chloe Cross; his stepdaughter Amy Thomas; his stepgrandchildren, James Lumley and Stephanie Morgan; and his sisters, Johnnye Godfrey of Perry and Nina Forehand of Unadilla. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
