He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie M. Bowen and Irene Williams Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Betty D. Bowen of Unadilla; his son Jackie Bowen (Laura) of Cochran; his brother Bobby Bowen (Joyce) of Unadilla; his grandchildren, Brett Bowen (Allie) and Brittney Bowen Bailey (Brock) of Cochran; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Bowen and Bowen Bailey.
