He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Barron and Ethel Dennard Barron; and his siblings, James David Barron, Bob Tucker and LaMarle Balcome.
He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Brannen Barron; his sons, Jeff Barron (Kim) of Unadilla and Brandon Barron of Atlanta; his granddaughters, Rebekah Barron Vereen (John), Rachel Barron Bast (Chandler) and Bethany Barron Scarboro (Avery); and his great grandchildren, Sarah Vereen, J. C. Vereen, Ella Rose Bast and Noah Bast.
