He was predeceased by: his brother Benjamin Gregory Rigdon; and his nephews, Ryan Mims and Scott Mims. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Everidge Rigdon of Pinehurst; his stepson Scott Everidge (Hillary) of Pinehurst; his brother Billy Ray Mims of Alma; his grandchildren, Brant Everidge and Brody Everidge of Pinehurst; his aunt Verlene McDonald of Alma; and his son Blake Michael Rigdon of Savannah.
